A retired school administrator had received a series of letters from a government agency about her pension status but couldn't follow the terminology. She wasn't sure whether action was needed on her part.
During the intro talks, the general framework of pension correspondence was covered. She recognised her situation in the session content and was pointed to the relevant official contact for follow-up.
She followed up with the correct agency and resolved the matter within three weeks. She later attended the document helpdesk to organise her correspondence files.

A family in Sadao was dealing with paperwork following the death of a parent. Key documents were spread across three different locations, and no one in the family was sure what was needed or where to start.
Two adult children attended the document helpdesk together. They went through the sorting framework with Prakit, identified what they had, and used the checklist to map what was still outstanding.
The family completed their document audit over two visits. They identified three documents they needed to request through official channels, which they successfully retrieved over the following month.
